The Efficiency Value Organization (EVO) is pleased to invite you to the 2011 EVO European annual gathering event.

The event, organized by EVO, is free of charge and will regroup all interested stakeholders on issues related to Measurement and Verification (M&V) for Energy Efficiency projects, that represents such a fundamental issue in Energy Performance Contracting. The event will include a presentation about the newest development of EVO in Europe and around the world

• EVO launched in 2011 a brand new version of the IPMVP, with interesting additions including among others:
  o addressing the role of the protocol in the implementation of ISO 50001
  o a new section on the different users of IPMVP, including the role of M&V in Energy Performance Contracting
  o a presentation of the role of Operational Verification in M&V

• An interesting number of new Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) events with a new country, Ireland, getting involved

• The launch of the IPMVP in Russian

• The conclusion of the Intelligent Energy sponsored initiative to disseminate EE M&V good practices based on IPMVP in 5 central European countries.

The meeting will be conducted by Pierre Langlois, Econoler’s president, Board member of EVO and Vice Chair of the training committee.
